This residence embraces a monochromatic palette of black, grey, and white, shaping an atmosphere of refined coolness and metropolitan sophistication. The design responds to the homeowner’s preference for lounge-inspired ambience, deep tones, wine appreciation, and model collection, creating a personalized environment where solitude becomes a form of enjoyment and everyday rituals are elevated into sensory experiences.

From the entrance to the open-plan living and dining area, the space features a dialogue of materials: the subtle warmth of wood grains, the textural depth of artistic wall finishes, and the bold presence of stone-patterned surfaces. An open display rack extends toward the television wall, forming a focal composition that emphasizes horizontality and spatial rhythm. Storage volumes are intentionally minimized to allow surfaces and geometry to breathe, while layered ambient lighting—light strips, sculptural pendants, and indirect wall illumination—creates dynamic shadow play that shifts throughout the day and night.

The master bedroom continues the project’s contemporary language with a softer approach. Wood flooring introduces warmth, while a muted green feature wall in the dressing area adds emotional balance to the restrained palette.
