“CHARISMA” is a cross-cultural music and visual project that bridges Egypt and Japan through a bold fusion of sound, performance, and cinematic storytelling.
Blending Middle Eastern hip-hop and reggaeton rhythms with traditional Japanese instruments, dance, and aesthetics, the work creates a unique cultural dialogue that transcends language and geography. Filmed at a historic Shinto shrine in Tokyo, the project juxtaposes ancient heritage with contemporary expression, producing a visually striking and symbolically rich narrative.
At its core, “CHARISMA” explores the idea of authenticity in a rapidly changing and information-saturated world. Inspired by the symbolic presence of the Pharaoh, the work questions what is real and what is constructed, encouraging audiences to see with their own eyes and choose with their own hearts.
The project has resonated globally, surpassing 5 million views on YouTube and gaining strong traction across both Japanese and Middle Eastern audiences. By uniting diverse artistic voices and cultural traditions, “CHARISMA” demonstrates the power of creativity to connect people, foster mutual understanding, and inspire new forms of cultural exchange beyond borders.
