The core concept of this design originates from an "inside-out" reverse thinking - starting from the courtyard, letting nature become shaper and soul of the space. We abandoned the traditional path of extrapolating from indoor functions, instead, we first gaze at the light, shadow, vegetation, and atmosphere the courtyard, and then reverse weave these natural fragments into the texture of the architecture. This is not a mere adoption of scenery, but a profound spatial dialogue, which allows the dwelling be soaked in the rhythm of nature from the moment of its birth.
The biggest highlight of the design lies in constructing a "flowing minimalism". Minimalism is never a cold stripping away, but an art of leaving space for nature. We create a transparent and continuous spatial sequence by eliminating redundant decorations and barriers. The walls become frames guiding line of sight, introducing the four seasons of the courtyard into the interior; the floor-to-ceiling glass blurs the inherent boundaries, allowing sunlight, breeze, and gre to become the frequent guests freely shuttling through the space. This openness and flow endow static architecture with dynamic vitality. The indoors and outdoors are no longer master-serv relationships, but an organic whole living in harmony.
Materials themselves carry the memory of nature, and their delicate texture and touch, catalyzed by light and shadow, a subtle resonance with the courtyard landscape. We pursue not visual clamor, but immersive experience - allowing residents to perceive the flow of wind, the shift of light, and the breath plants in every stay within the interior. It provides a comfortable and free living atmosphere, allowing people to feel the abundance and warmth of nature in the order of minimalism, and achieve true tranquility and freedom in their hearts. Space thus transcends form, sublimated into a lifestyle that leads to a continuous dialogue between humans and nature.
