As electric vehicle (EV) adoption accelerates globally, static charging infrastructure struggles with uneven coverage, low utilization rates, and long queues during peak hours. To address these systemic challenges, HELLO ZON introduces its breakthrough Intelligent Mobile Charging Robot—a next-generation solution powered by autonomous driving, modular energy storage, and AI-driven fleet management.
Key Features:
Fully Autonomous Navigation & Auto-Charging
Equipped with LiDAR, multi-camera vision, and SLAM-based localization, the robot navigates complex environments like parking garages, campuses, and highway rest areas with centimeter-level precision. Its robotic arm automatically plugs and unplugs the charger—no human intervention required.
Universal Compatibility & Fast Charging
Supports global standards including GB/T (China), CCS2 (Europe), and SAE J1772 (North America). Delivers up to 120kW DC fast charging, adding over 200 km of range in just 30 minutes for most EVs.
Modular Battery System for Scalability
Built with high-safety LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery packs. Standard capacity: 60kWh per unit, with hot-swappable modules and real-time SoC monitoring via cloud platform. Operators can scale energy capacity based on demand.
AI-Powered Dispatch Platform
Users request service via the HELLO ZON mobile app. The cloud-based dispatch system uses predictive algorithms to optimize robot routing, balance grid load, and leverage dynamic electricity pricing—maximizing efficiency and minimizing operational costs.
Comprehensive Safety Architecture
Rated IP67 for dust/water resistance, with multi-layer protections against overcurrent, overvoltage, leakage, and thermal runaway. Includes remote emergency stop and fire detection. Certified to ISO 26262 functional safety standards.
